The Howell and Brighton branch offices of the Michigan Secretary of State will be combined into a single PLUS Office under a modernization plan that recognizes changing customer trends and the state's fiscal realities, according to a press release issued from Secretary of State Terri Lynn Land. The change could take place before the end of the year, although a timeline has not been set. The Plus Office will offer expanded Wednesday hours from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. - 11/19/2009
